Hi! My name is Liya Mo and I’m Founder and CEO of Momenta Real Estate LLC.

I’ve worked in real estate my entire career, experiencing the industry from a variety of perspectives - as a management consultant at Deloitte, an institutional investor at Lafayette Real Estate, and as a personal investor.

Through these experiences, I have gained unique insights that I wanted to share with the industry I have so much love for. So I started Momenta - an advisory firm aiming to bridge the gap between Wall Street and Main Street in the world of residential real estate.

We’re already well underway with successful engagements with homebuilders, institutional investors, and proptech providers. And the best is yet to come.
